For Emery's first Valentine's Day, we went to a family birthday party for Grannie and Jack. Emery was a good girl, sleeping most of the time! She also got to meet a few cousins she hadn't met yet. It was a great day!
For my precious daughter's very first Valentine's Day, I have made a list of ten things I love about her. It's hard to narrow it down!
Ten Things I Love About Emery:
1. The adorable noises she makes when she is sleeping.
2. The way she spreads her arms like she is free falling when I lean her back.
3. The way she grips my fingers in her hands.
4. Her smiles...even if they are not intentional!
5. Her baby smell.
6. The rolls she is starting to get on her arms and legs.
7. The way she stares at me.
8. Her pretty brown hair.
9. Her little fingers and toes.
10. The way she scrunches up when I hold her against my chest.
I know that pretty soon it will be hard to remember these precious details because she will grow so fast. It is bittersweet to see her change every day.
