What a month! Next to her first month, this is the month where she seems to have changed the most. I look back at what she was doing a month ago compared to now, and I can't believe it. Here is a recap:
She loves food! She has now eaten peas, green beans, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, peaches, and bananas. So far, she has liked everything! She has just started eating solids three times a day.
She is crawling! At 6 months, she had just learned to sit up and wasn't very steady. In the past few weeks, she learned to sit up for long periods of time, pull herself up to a sitting position, and last week crawled for the first time! It was amazing to watch her put everything together and finally figure it out. Now, we can't keep her in one place! And it's funny that there could be 20 toys on the floor, but she will go for the dog toys and dirty shoes every time.
She has teeth! Around the same time she learned to crawl, her lower middle-right tooth started coming in. I was wondering if it was coming because she'd been a little whiny lately, which is not like her. About a week later, her lower middle-left tooth started coming in. She is in a much better mood now that they've both broken through.
She seems to be back on her normal sleeping routine now, going to bed around 7:30 and waking up about 7:15. She eats four times a day and usually naps twice a day. She is still so much fun and smiles and giggles all the time. And she still has her trademark crazy hair. A little bit of straight hair on the sides, and a lot of curly hair on top...it's too cute! We sure do love her!
Eye on the prize...

Almost there!

She is precious! I bet she starts pulling up soon.
